Total cost per person:  $480
Payment schedule:

January 18th -      $80
February 22nd -    $80

The second payment of $80 is due by Oct. 26th.  Please make sure that all cash or checks are in an envelope with the student name and “band trip” printed on the envelope.

If you wish to pay more than $80 at a time, we will accept doubled up payments or the whole $480 at once.

Up until mid January we can refund the total amount if circumstances arise that you cannot go on the trip.  After mid-Jan. the refund is pro-rated by how close it is to the trip.

This is a reminder for all students planning on going on the trip; our band rules state that no student can go on a band trip with less than a 2.0 GPA and/or an F on their report card.  For those of you who are failing one or more subjects, get busy bringing up your grades!

Information about which hotel, our performance schedule, and our complete itinerary will be forthcoming after I receive this information from the company that runs the festival.
